With Penbox, it is possible to categorize your requests with the help of lists. Using lists, you can easily check the statuses of requests related to a common topic. This manual will guide you through the process of creating and using lists.
1. How to create a list
- Go to app.penbox.io and log in
- In the left most column click on Campaigns & Lists
- Click on + Create a List
- Assign a name to your list and click on Create
2. How to assign a request to a list
- Create or open an request , a modal will pop up
- In the header click on Add to a list
- Select the list that you want to assign your request
3. How to check the statuses of the request in your list
- In the left most column click on Campaigns & Lists
- Click on the list
You will now see an overview of the statuses of the requests linked to your list
