I processed my request, what do I do?

When you have processed the information you needed, and downloaded the files, you can mark the request as processed. This will help you to keep track which requests have been processed, so you can focus on the requests still requiring your attention.

Mark as processed

To mark a request as processed, simply use the top-left button:

You can always track who marked it as processed and undo this action:

Archive Request

In case you don't want your request to appear visually in your workspace, you can also archive it, using the button at the top

Cautious: Archived requests are deleted automatically 30 days after their archiving date.
