Statuses in Penbox - Understand the request status

In Penbox, your request changes status as actions are taken by you or your contacts. Learn about the different statuses in this article

Main statuses

  • Created: when a request has just been sent or generated, it default to the Created status. A request with a "Created" status means the contact did not access the link yet.
  • In Progress: when the contact access the form, the request status will switch to "In progress". You can then track the information given by the contact in real-time.
  • Completed: when all fields are completed by the contact, the status switch to "Completed" and is ready for treatment.
  • Needs attention: if a contact fails to fill in its form on time, the status will switch to "Needs attention".

Status set by user or API

  • Processed: a user can manually set a request to Processed, typically when he has collected all the information.
  • Archived: the request can be switch to archive to trigger a early deletion process.

Other statuses

  • Scheduled: request can be configured to be sent in the future. They will then have a Scheduled status. This will often be the case when scheduling campaigns.
  • Draft: request can be kept in draft before you are ready to send them.
