When you want to create a multiple choice question in which multiple choices can be made, you have to use the Checkbox element. This manual provides an overview of the configuration options available for the Checkboxes Element.
Checkbox configuration options
Required: Make it mandatory for the contact the answer the question
Title: State here the text that you want to display above the Multiple choice element
Choices: Under the label column, fill in the choices that will be displayed to your contact. The value will be used for conditions, if applicable
Remove choices by clicking on the crosses behind the rows
Add a choice by clicking on Add Choice
Min: Specify the minimum amount of choice required to be selected by your contact
Max: Specify the maximum amount of choice required to be selected by your contact
Default: Set the default choices checked
Key: The key is the identifier of the element and is used for conditions, elements with the same key will be automatically prefilled
