Required: Make it mandatory for the contact the answer the question
Title: State here the text that you want to display above the phone input element
? Line type: Select the type of phone number

Place holder: State here the text that you want to display within the input field as example to your contact
Key: The key is the identifier of the element and is used for conditions, elements with the same key will be automatically prefilled
