How to add user variables to your emails and SMS through invitations
With the Invitations feature, you can personalize the content of your emails and SMS of your forms.
In the Penbox app (app.penbox.io):
- Click on Forms
- Select a form
- Go to Invitations
- Open the email or SMS that you want to edit
- Insert the variable between curly brackets { }
- Click on Save
How to add user variables in the Studio
With the Studio, it is possible to personalize the form by adding user variables.
You can add user variables anywhere in the studio. For example, in the welcome page, elements, or ending. To add user variables to your form, simply place the variable between curly brackets { }

Please note that user variables will only appear when they have been filled in beforehand, either during form creation or by your contact. Otherwise, the placeholder will remain empty. Below, you'll find an overview of user variables available for you to use.
